MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The outcome of the bail application of a 25-year-old Mossel Bay man, accused of being in possession of child pornography, is expected to be delivered in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court today.
The suspect was arrested on 2 February and has been in custody in the George prison ever since.
More than 48 child pornography photographs have been found on one of the man's devices.
His bail application has continued for weeks. A faulty court recording machine was the reason for the most recent postponement.
Police are still working through more than 1.2 million photographs found on different devices in the suspect's house in Mossel Bay.
The state is opposing the bail application.
