Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The three men facing kidnapping charges after they allegedly kidnapped a 16-year-old Da Gamaskop girl on 24 December, appeared at the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court today, 3 January for a formal bail application.
The men, aged 30, 38 and 48 were remanded in custody and are expected to appear for a further bail application on 7 January.
The state said it will oppose the bail application.
The 16-year-old girl was reported missing by her aunt after she was allegedly kidnapped by the trio from her residence in JCC Camp, Da Gamaskop in Mossel Bay.
They were arrested on Christmas Day at the entrance of Clarendon following a joint operation between various stakeholders.
