MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Thirteen youths appeared in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on Monday, 4 November in connection with two separate attacks at Indwe Secondary School.
The charges relate to incidents at the school in August, when a 19-year-old learner at the school was stabbed in the back by another 19-year-old learner.
Shortly thereafter, a group of about eight learners waited for others who were writing a test to finish before a fight broke out and the stabbings occurred in the presence of teachers.
KwaNonqaba Police arrested 13 teenagers on charges of attempted murder. The suspects appeared in court and were granted bail.
Then they were released into the care of their parents. They, however, have to be back in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on 9 December.
