Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Municipal spokesperson, Mr Colin Puren has confirmed that members of the police have been asked to assess the situation on Louis Fourie Road to establish whether the road may be reopened.
While the N2 remains open in both directions, the latest information indicates that renewed protesting is taking place in Brandwag and, while the R328 is open at present, the protesters are apparently planning to again close the road.
The public order policing unit has been dispatched to attend to the situation.
