Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The meeting between Mossel Bay's executive mayor, alderman Harry Levendal, protesters and residents of Alsa Park is over.
The municipal manager, Adv Thys Giliomee described the outcome as "a very good engagement".
The mayor and his senior management are conducting a visit to several areas of concern in the Asla Park area.
This afternoon a delegation of the community will meet with the mayor and municipal management to discuss a way forward.
The N2 is open, but Louis Fourie Road, between the Dana Bay and Casino intersections, remain closed.
