Hillcrest third highest matric pass rate locally

MOSSEL BAY NEWS AND VIDEO'S - Principal of Hillcrest Secondary School today, 21 January with the announcement of the matric results, said that the improvement of the bachelor pass rate is particularly impressive. 

The Class of 2021 achieved a 53,3% bachelor pass rate, which enables almost half of them to pursue tertiary studies. 

Kronenberg said of the 842 matrics, 712 passed successfully. Hillcrest boasts a pass rate of 90,7%.

At Hillcrest the top 5 achievers are, Simamkele Matakana (5 distinctions), Lerato Ndukwana (3 distinctions), Moipone Mole (5 distinctions), Amanda Mkhize (5 distinctions) Ambesa Piliso (3 distinctions).
