MOSSEL BAY NEWSFLASH - An 11-year-old girl who cancelled her birthday party last year in order to reach out to the needy, was spoilt this weekend with a birthday celebration that pulled out all the stops.
Cami Stevens turned 11 on 18 August, but her birthday celebration with special friends was hosted at Blasters restaurant and entertainment venue in Voorbaai on Saturday.
An entourage of bikers led Cami's chauffeured black car to a red carpet welcome. True to the Hollywood theme, Cami and friends were greeted on the red carpet by local model and beauty queen Danica Barnard.
Cami runs her own charity and reaches out to the needy, the elderly, the disabled and to whomever could do with a little help.
