Update
GREAT BRAK RIVER NEWS - Police in Mossel Bay are still on the lookout for a man who escaped from police custody at the Great Brak River Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The suspect, 22-year-old Francois Stander was on his way to court on charges of theft when he ran away.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Laurianne Botha says the circumstances of his escape are now being investigated.
Botha says anyone who knows of Stander’s whereabouts should contact the Great Brak River police station.
