Dwayne is 'n gekwalifiseerde elektrisiën en werk reeds etlike jare in die hernubare energiebedryf. Voor hy sy eie onderneming begin het, het hy 'n hernubare energie-afdeling met sukses by sy vorige werkgewer gevestig.

Dwayne reports an explosion in the need for renewable energy solutions due to the load-shedding crisis plaguing South Africa.

"Previously, South Africans were sceptical about solar energy solutions, partly due to high cost. The need has however changed and impacted the product offering and price accordingly. This is why assessment is so important. Every site requires a different type of solution."

Dwayne confirms that while Ecolec Solar and Electrical Solutions offers a solution to those who only want to survive load-shedding, it doesn't end there. Energy solutions also include a total turnaround to go off the national electricity grid.

Ecolec Solar and Electrical Solutions launched its rent to purchase option in June this year and can hardly keep up with the demand.
