Joe Slovo Erf 3304
When the development of Erf 3304 was initiated in June 2013, residents of the nearby Joe Slovo and JCC settlements had high hopes of better living conditions. Since then, it seems, vandals have robbed them of their dreams and dignity. Several families in this area now live without basic amenities such as running water or waterborne sewage.
