They playfully learn new skills, such as water safety rules, as well as basic first aid, lifesaving and communication signals.
The nippers, aged between eight and 13 years, must be able to swim before they join the club. Training takes place every Wednesday at 16:30 and on Sundays at 12:00 at the Dias beach.
There are three age group categories: Level 1 (ages 8 - 9), Level 2 (ages 10 - 11), Level 3 (ages 12 - 13).
