Paws Run
On Sunday, 23 September, the Ulysses Motorcycle Club Garden Route chapter is hosting its annual Paws Run at the MBYBC. All are welcome.
Note that no parking will be available inside the club grounds.
Boat launching arrangements: in before 10:00 and out after 15:30.
Ulysses Garden Route president Eddie Boshoff says: "We as Ulysses Garden Route motorcycle club host the annual Paws Run throughout the Garden route and this year we are in Mossel Bay.
"We and the local SPCA are involved in this run." On 23 September at 10:00, all the bikers will get together at the Langeberg Mall to purchase all the pet food and hand it over to the SPCA. At about 10:30 we will start to ride to the Mossel Bay Yacht and Boat Club.
"Once all the bikers have arrived, we will begin the programme, which will include the selling of metal badges and lucky draw tickets before the lucky draw.
"We will make use of the outside braai area and the bar upstairs at the yacht club.
"Also we would like to host three or four food stalls for the day.
"We should be finished with our programme at about 15:00. All the money raised on the day with our lucky draw will be donated to the local SPCA."
