MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The SWD Rugby Football Union will be hosting a World Rugby Level 1 Sevens Coaching Course for all the rural teams that will participate in the Mossel Bay Mayoral Cup 7’s Competition. 

The Mayoral Cup 7's  Competition is an initiative of Executive Mayor Alderman Harry Levendal and will take place from 6-7 October in Great Brak River as part of the annual Mossel Bay Sport & Recreation Festival.

The details for the coaching course are as follow:
Date: Saturday 11 August
Where: D’Almeida Sports Grounds, Mossel Bay
Time: 09:00 – 15:00
