Rugby practice held for schoolgirls at Hillcrest grounds

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A successful rugby coaching session was held for schoolgirls at Hillcrest Secondary School in Mossel Bay. 

SWD Rugby community coach Stanley Kama is working to promote schoolgirl rugby in the Mossel Bay area and encourages schoolgirls to come to practice sessions to see what rugby is about. 

He was joined by fellow coach Nonkosinathi Mtikitiki at the session on Wednesday, 12 February.

Ruschnea van Aardt, a teacher at Hillcrest, helped organise the practice.
