RUGBY NEWS - The Springboks were given a boost this week with the news that both Malcolm Marx and Bok captain Warren Whiteley are fit and ready for action again.
The duo were injured and forced to miss the three-test series against England but should be available for selection for the Castle Lager Rugby Championship which starts after the end of Super Rugby.
It is expected that they will play for the Lions in the SuperSport Challenge and in their remaining games in this year's Super Rugby tournament.
But there was bad news for Rohan Janse van Rensburg who was ruled out for four months with an ankle injury.
The Lions made the announcement in a press release.
