NATIONAL NEWS & VIDEO - Former Springbok and Bulls flyhalf Derick Hougaard was recently advised to undergo an MRI scan on his brain.

According to news reports, he complained he was more forgetful than usual, as well as suffering from headaches and a specialist advised him to undergo a scan to determine what’s wrong.

“All the head injuries and knocks I took on the rugby field are now catching up with me,” said Hougaard.
 
The Jacaranda FM team invited Hougaard to have his final kick in full view of the N1 highway this morning.
