MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The SA Weightlifting Championships taking place in Mossel Bay are being livestreamed for free today and tomorrow, 22 and 23 October at www.360sport.co.za.

It is a feather in the cap of Mossel Bay to have the event in town. The Mossel Bay Sport and Recreations Festival concludes this weekend with this high profile event.
Eden Fitness has been involved with the event for the past three years.
“Last year, the champs drew 600 to 1 000 spectators daily. It is a great event to witness and it keeps you at the edge of your seat. Weightlifting is a very technical sport,” Burger says.
What makes the event so unique, Burger says, is the variety of athletes taking part.
