MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Kurdt George from Renzo Gracie Cape Town made the students at Tiger Kai work hard and sweat for three hours while he showed and demonstrated exactly why Renzo Gracie Jui~Jitsu is one of the world's most lethal martial arts.

From fitness to take downs, to submissions and escapes and controlling the opponent, he didn't miss a thing! This was by far a training session and seminar well worth attending!
