MOSSEL BAY NEWS AND GALLERY - Nedbank Running Club started 3km and 5km time trials in Mossel Bay in the beginning of February.

"The team in Mossel Bay - Alta Zeelie, Willie and Ronel Pieterse - did an incredible job getting regular time trials going and getting runners involved," said Danie Raubenheimer, CEO of Nedbank running club in George.

They helped the Nedbank Running Club to obtain a base in Mossel Bay and the Mossel Bay presence is growing in leaps and bounds. 

The emphasis is on fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The club likes to combine fitness and health with fun. The Mossel Bay team took the lead and introduced a theme evening with great success.

"We invite all runners to join the Nedbank running club on Tuesdays at 17:30 at the corner of Van Riebeeck Street and 21st Avenue for a free 3km and 5km time trial," said Raubenheimer. For more information, contact Alta Zeelie (060 802 7586).
