The Kazan World Cup will see the world’s best rhythmic gymnasts taking part, all of whom are looking toward the World Championships in September, which are the first of two qualifying events for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
The Kazan World Cup will be Legote’s third international competition for the year, having participated at the Moscow Grand Prix in February and the Uzbekistan World Cup in May.
These two internationals saw Grace progressively improve on her personal best scores on all apparatus, scoring the highest scores ever recorded by a South African Rhythmic Gymnast, those of 16.050 on Hoop; 15.950 on Ball; 15.900 on Ribbon and 16.450 on Clubs.
