MOSSEL BAY NEWS - As expected, the riders to cross the finish line after today’s 97km #GondwanaGlory of the Cape Pioneer Trek 2019, came in shortly after 12:00. 

The leaders jersey in Stage 1 went to Gerben Mos and Tim Smeenge. 

Mos expressed his delight at receiving the leader jersey with his teammate to mark his fifth Cape Pioneer Trek.

A steady stream of riders arrived rather dusty off the track at Milkwood Primary School. Tomorrow, the event moves to George.
