GOLF NEWS - On Thursday, 20 July, very brave ladies faced the chilly winter weather on the Mossel Bay Golf Course.

The morning started off with a few showers, despite no rain being predicted for the day.

The ladies waited it out and eventually went off to enjoy another great day on the course. The competition was a four-ball alliance in a Waltzing Mathilda format.

Results

  1.  Ina Swart, Bronwyn Powell, Carien Kruger and Drini Kuhn on 86
  2. Corne Marais, Susan Wright, Magda Griesel and Kiewiet van Heerden on 76
  3.  Gail Botha, Dawn Wessels, Annette Meyer and Diana van Staden on 74.

Pat Porteous was nearest to the pin on hole 4.
