MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The South African Blind Golf Association (SABGA) asks companies and individuals to help with anything they can to put into goodie bags for the 2023 World Blind Golf Championships.
SABGA is a registered NPO and relies on donations to host next year's SA Blind Golf Open, followed by the World Blind Golf Championships from 26 to 31 March 2023.
According to Ernst Conradie, any kind of donations, money or gifts in the form of trophies, prizes and badges, will be appreciated.
"We would like to give our overseas visitors a real proudly South African welcome," says Conradie.
About 60 golfers and 60 guides will attend the event. The association would like to make the stay for the 120 international visitors one to remember.
SABGA are also in desperate need of a laptop for the competition. "There will be advertising potential during the events as well," he said.
The 2023 world championships are hosting countries including the United States, Australia, England, Austria, Japan, Scotland and Ireland, to name a few.
