MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mayoral Cup Soccer Tournament, part of the annual Mossel Bay Sport and Recreation Festival, started on Saturday at the Extension 23 Sports Fields.
Some of the matches were played at the Correctional Services sports fields.
