MOSSEL BAY ATHLETICS NEWS - Track and field athletics will resume, with competitions on 18 September, with the first Athletics South Western Districts (ASWD) league being hosted in Mossel Bay.

This league competition caters for athletes of all ages (11 years old to masters), participating in shotput, discus, javelin and hammer throwing.

Athletes can enter as individuals or as part of a team of five athletes.
