Free Valentine's run/walk on Thursday
Running and walking are healthy ways to enjoy the month of love.

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Nedbank Running Club in Mossel Bay is hosting a free Valentine's run/walk this Thursday, 29 February, from 18:00.

The event takes place at Dias Beach, from the parking area. No costs are involved and competitors can complete a distance of 3km or 5km.

The event is open to everyone, not just club members. Dress in the colours of love. There will be prizes for the best dressed competitors as well as lucky draws and goody bags.
