MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Hartenbos Drawwers held successful 21.1km and 10km races on Saturday, 1 February.
The De Dekke Spar race is an annual event held on the first Saturday of February. A total of 399 athletes completed the challenging route which includes the sharp incline in the direction of Hersham.
The first 50 athletes who registered online for the 21.1km received an "amazing" goody bag from De Dekke Spar, a Drawwers spokesperson said.
The Hartenbos Drawwers thank Gida de Swardt from De Dekke Spar for his continued support of this event as well as all the athletes who participated and those who manned the water points.
