MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Rosina Swanepoel will never forget Thursday, 27 February - the day she received not only a house but also full ownership of her own house from Mossel Bay executive mayor, Alderman Harry Levendal.
Mayor Levendal handed over six houses that day. Four owners also received the deeds to their homes.
"It's a wonderful day; the best day of my life," Rosina said.
Rosina, Zola Ncomani, Ndumiso Petric Pants and Zweloxolo Gcanga became fully-fledged homeowners.
