Toddler falls down three storeys
Child fell from the top floor of these flats.
NATIONAL NEWS - A 16 month old toddler was playing on the top floor at Waterval flats in Newlands when she suddenly fell over the balcony three stories down.

A 14-year-old boy saw the girl falling down from the balcony.

“I just saw a body falling down and then it landed on the cement in front of our flat,” he said.

Neighbours say the child was left with the baby sitter at home and her parents were not home.

“We heard a very loud thump..."
