Sexual harassment meeting postponed

NATIONAL NEWS - A meeting of African National Congress (ANC) officials at which Western Cape leader Marius Fransman was meant to have given his side the story in a sexual harassment matter, has been postponed to tomorrow.

Police are investigating after a 20-year-old woman levelled the allegations against Fransman following a trip to the ANC’s 104th birthday festivities in the North West at the weekend.

The City Press newspaper at the weekend reported that Fransman’s accuser is his 20-year-old personal assistant whom he’d hired earlier this month.

He's alleged to have touched her inappropriately after she was reportedly forced to share a bed with him.
