NATIONAL NEWS - A man was shot and killed on a Klapmuts farm near Stellenbosch in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
An unknown number of suspects fled the scene.
Police say Joubert Conradie was investigating a noise in his house when he was attacked and shot by gunmen.
He died in hospital.
This is the fourth attack on a farm in the Western Cape this month.
Two suspects attacked a farmer in Plettenberg Bay on Sunday morning.
Earlier this month, a farm owner near Ceres was stabbed and injured in a home invasion.
Another farmer was killed in Philadelphia on the West Coast.
