MOSSEL BAY NEWS - From recent photos it seems as if the whale is not entangled.
S.M.A.R.T directors Tersia Marais and Anton Dellemijn are on the scene and have reported the incident to the municipality.
It is expected that the carcass will be removed as soon as possible by the municipality.
The dead whale is a female juvenile humpback.
