MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The top umpire in the South Western Districts, André Olivier from Oudtshoorn, was honoured for his technical excellence when he officiated at the Cricket South Africa Division 2 final between Limpopo Impalas and the Northern Cape Heat in Polokwane on Sunday.
Olivier also officiated in the four-day Division 2 final between the Knights and the Northern Cape Heat in February.
