MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Today and tomorrow, 27 and 28 May, special votes can be cast at voting stations all over the country between 09:00 and 17:00.
Electoral Commission (IEC) chief electoral officer, Sy Mamabolo, stated in a previous press release that approximately 1 668 076 special vote applications were received by the closing date 3 May.
Of these, approximately 624 593 are for voters who will be visited at their homes or places of confinement, and 1 043 483 are voters who will vote at voting stations where they are registered.
Locally, in the Mossel Bay area, voting stations opened today for special votes.
Voters have to make sure of the procedures at the voting station.
