MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Training for those who wish to start early childhood daycare centres is taking place in about three weeks' time in the Mossel Bay area.
Several women came forward, showing interest in the training, when Mossel Bay Advertiser published a notice in June.
The training is offered by SmartStart. Now SmartStart is asking again for women to come forward.
SmartStart is a national non-profit organisation which trains people to educate two to five year olds. The women then become registered and certified under SmartStart to have a day care centre.
SmartStart also promotes early learning in communities because there are many children in South Africa who do not receive preschool education.
If you are interested in the opportunity to receive training, contact the SmartStart representative in the Mossel Bay area, Anne-Marie Saffi (076 546 2684).
