MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Total Exploration and Production (E&P) South Africa has decided to postpone its application for the additional drilling and associated activities in Block 11B/12B off the coast between Mossel Bay and Cape St Francis.
The application for the environmental authorisation of the additional drilling and associated activities in Block 11B/12B has been withdrawn and this environmental and social impact assessment process has been terminated, according to SLR Consulting, the company contracted to do the assessment by Total E&P.
SLR Consulting notified interested and affected parties of this in a letter on Tuesday, 13 April.
