MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The men accused of the 2024 murder of Extension 13 resident, Chivago Fillies (31), appeared in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on Tuesday, 2 April.
The three accused, Jemandry Braaff (20), Ushere Apdol (19) and Aubrey Junior Nickleo Mentoor (19), are charged with the murder of Fillies, who died after an attack in the early hours of 29 June last year.
Fillies died as a result of his injuries in hospital the following day. The three were arrested the day Fillies died. The three were released on bail of R2 000 each in July last year.
The matter has been postponed to 15 April.
