MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A young man (26) was murdered at approximately 21:45 on Saturday night, 12 May in Gentswana Drive in KwaNonqaba.
According to information received from the KwaNonqaba police, the deceased was on the road talking to another man when the suspect approached them and threatened the friend of the murdered man.
When the murdered man intervened to stop the altercation, he was stabbed with a knife in the chest. He was immediately taken to a local hospital where he died as a result of the stab wound.
The KwaNonqaba police ask the community to assist with any information on the whereabouts of a man known as Simpiwe Mbnge, whose last known address was in Bantom Street in KwaNonqaba. It is believed Mbnge will be able to assist the police with information about the incident.
