SPCA to hold Hats and Heels fundraiser

MOSSEL BAY NEWS -  The Garden Route SPCA is holding a Hats and Heels high tea to raise funds. The event takes place on Saturday, 12 November, at the Mossel Bay Town Hall.

The guest speaker is actor Ivan Zimmerman and prizes for the best-decorated table and hat will be given away.

Visitors can dress up with lipstick and heels or simply bring friends along and decorate some old hats.

Tickets cost R150 per person. Book your table by calling 076 960 4634.
