MOSSEL BAY NEWS - An Asla Park, Mossel Bay, shopkeeper was robbed at gunpoint on Saturday, 24 May, while he was in his store in Adriaans Avenue.
KwaNonqaba Police Station spokesperson Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp said the incident took place just before 18:00. He said three men, unknown to the shopkeeper, entered the business.
Kapp said one of the three allegedly showed the shopkeeper a firearm and threatened him with it before taking an undisclosed amount of cash and fleeing the store.
The shopkeeper, an Ethiopian national, aged 34, was not harmed during the armed robbery, Kapp said.
