Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A second accused in the case against K9 Langeberg Unit Sergeant, Jacobus 'JM' Spangenberg, appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court today, 10 October.
Xolisa Msizi was arrested yesterday, 9 October following Spangenberg's first court appearance.
Msizi and Spangenberg are facing charges of corruption, fraud, possession of explosives and defeating the ends of justice.
Msizi's bail application was postponed to Monday 13 October. He remains in police custody until then.
Yesterday, Spangenberg was granted bail of R5 000 under strict conditions.
He will reappear in court on Wednesday 3 December.
