MOSSEL BAY NEWS AND VIDEO - On Wednesday 8 July, Mossel Bay residents hung their knitted scarves in the trees at a local park for the homeless and less fortunate to help themselves to some warmth this winter.
The project was part of the 67 blankets for Nelson Mandela Day Secret Scarves mission, a charity started by Carolyn Steyn.
Ambassador and Mossel Bay resident Jeni Joubert has been knitting many scarves and says the scarves were distributed at sites around the country for people to take.
