MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Owing to a lightning strike, several areas of Mossel Bay are without electricity.

Community Facebook site postings have noted that Hartenbos, the ATKV Hartenbos Resort, Hartenbos Heuwels and Seemeeu Park are without electricity. 

Widespread

Mossel Bay Municipality has stated: "There is widespread power disruption throughout the municipal area following a lightning strike. 

"The municipality is investigating the situation. 

"No restoration time is currently available."
