MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The South African Police Service in KwaNonqaba, including Spiritual Crime Prevention Services, the Community Policing Forum (CPF) Youth Desk, Men for Change, and Social Crime, has undertaken a series of street imbizos and prayer sessions.
Under the guidance of KwaNonqaba Police Station commissioner, Lieutenant Colonel Virgie Julius, the police officers were in the KwaNonqaba communities on 6 and 12 October, engaging with people, discussing crime prevention and offering spiritual messages and prayers to uplift and encourage the residents.
The concept of establishing spiritual crime prevention services at police stations reflects the moral fabric of the community and aligns with the police's crime prevention strategy, a statement from the police noted.
