MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Western Cape High Court has postponed the case of the Mossel Bay Municipality, the legal land owner, and the people operating pigsties in KwaNonqaba until 6 August.
The parties were instructed by the judge to hand in a settlement agreement one month ahead of this date, effectively placing the onus on the affected parties to negotiate an amicable solution for the problem.
The case was heard on Monday, 15 April in the high court in Cape Town.
As the matter is sub judice, the details cannot at this stage be published.
