KWANONQABA NEWS - One person was killed and three others injured in a shooting at a shisanyama in the KwaNonqaba area late on Saturday night, 31 August.
KwaNonqaba Police Station spokesperson Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp confirmed the incident and said a 26-year-old man died after multiple gunshot wounds to his body. He was declared dead at the scene by emergency medical services.
Kapp said three other men also sustained gunshot wounds and were rushed to Mossel Bay Provincial Hospital in a serious condition.
He said a 43-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and is facing a charge of murder and three charges of attempted murder.
The man is expected to appear in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court tomorrow, 3 September.
