Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A fire broke out at around 13:30 this afternoon, 19 December at the Point Terrace apartment building in Point Road, Mossel Bay.
According to Southern Cape Police Spokesperson Warrant Officer Chris Spies, no foul play is suspected in regards to the cause of the fire.
Mossel Bay Fire, Rescue and Disaster Management teams as well as police and emergency medical services responded to the scene.
"Preliminary reports show at least two people received medical attention," said Spies.

Mossel Bay Municipality has confirmed that by 14:15 the fire was under control and later extinguished by 15:36.
