MOSSEL BAY NEWS - It is expected that the convicted murderers of the 18-year old Isaac Daniels, who was killed in mob justice style in Dalisili Street, KwaNonqaba on 27 December 2015, will today learn their fate in the Mossel Bay Regional Court.
Regional Magistrate Phumela Yono is expected to sentence the seven people convicted of the murder today.
This follows a protracted period during which the Dalisili Street residents declared the area a police no-go area, and tried their best to intimidate the investigating officer, sgt Rudi Swanepoel on several occasions.
The Dalisili Street residents repeatedly attacked the police station, breaking a window in the process.
They also tried to take Sgt Swanepoel hostage. The accused were convicted on 26 June.
