MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay again has made history, with three pool players being selected for the SA masters blackball team to participate in the European blackball Nations Cup of Pool 2023 in Bridlington, England, from 26 to 31 March.
The players are Deon Floris, Danie Swart and Servaas Coetzee.
The Mossel Bay Pool League has achieved excellent results over the past years, with players representing provincial teams and some players representing the Protea team.
The three players chosen were also part of the Western Cape team that won the SA Blackball Masters Championships in 2022.
Danie Swart is also currently ranked number one in the South African masters blackball division.
In the European championships the three players will be competing against the best in the world.
