Market Day in Asla Park
The previous Asla Park community market was both lucrative and festive.

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Following its success in July, Market Day in Asla Park is back by popular demand this weekend.

The market takes place on Saturday, 3 September, from 09:00 to 5:00 in Ouland Close and Adriaans Avenue.

Stalls are free and a jumping castle is available for children. Stall applications can be done at the Thusong Centre.

This is an initiative of the Mossel Bay Municipality’s Department of Local Economic Development (LED) and is in line with the municipality’s GROW strategy.

One of the five values of this strategy is growing the local economy.

As part of implementing this strategy, the LED office is facilitating several community markets within the greater Mossel Bay area to empower informal traders and entrepreneurs economically.
